About the Trusted BA
Josh is a strategic business analyst, a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner, PRINCE2 Practitioner, a leader in the business analysis community, and an active member of International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA). Josh has experience across strategic, enterprise, and operational engagements in health, financial services, utilities, resources and government sectors.

Josh spoke at Building Business Capability 2017 (Orlando, Florida) “Transforming the BA Practice: Beyond Business Analysis”, and was the winner of 2017 IIBA Corporate Leadership Excellence in the Advancement of Professional Development in Business Analysis award for SMS Management & Technology.
He builds trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders, developing a deep understanding of business needs to help deliver change in business and technical domains. His experience includes engagements from software development, technical and infrastructure projects, information security, risk and compliance, and transformation and advisory roles.
Josh is a noted thinker, communicator and problem solver who has built his reputation on trusted business analysis leadership, coaching, and advice.
About the name
The Trusted BA? I was inspired by a foundational consulting text – The Trusted Advisor by David Maister. I aim to be a trusted advisor for business analysis – seeking to earn and build trust with clients, peers and colleagues to develop successful advice-giving.
